We know the economy is currently in a bit of a tough spot, but nothing could get things rolling better than a stimulus shot compliments of the graphic arts students from UIW. “Help Is On The Way” was more than our shows slogan, it was a pledge of the creative recovery plan.

A big thanks to all who showed up at the Stimulus design show at the Radius Café Thursday night in San Antonio. We had a really great turnout and all of the hard work and months of planning surely paid off. A great environment, free food, booze, and great friends made it an ideal send off and a great precedent for future shows.

Many thanks to the marketing team for setting just the right tone for the event with the invitations, posters, website and banners. I know that was a lot of work. Also I’m glad you got a photo my wall, I forgot my camera.

Thanks to all the sponsors who helped us tons. And especially thanks to all the graphic designers/firms who were able to make it. We hoped you enjoyed the show and free food, ha. And of course, thanks to all the families/friends who came out to support us. We couldn’t have done this without you guys. Let’s help make this into a huge annual event! :)
Lastly, thanks so much, Josh, for photographing the show! Weeeeee! ^_^
